The Cuckoo Trail follows the railbed of the old "Cuckoo Line" railroad.
It passes through several old Harmer villages, including Heathfield,
Horam, Hellingly, Hailsham and Polegate. Hiking the Cuckoo Trail is
a good way to see former "Harmer Haunts" up close and personal.
