Lemom Ricotta Cheese Cake

Ingredients

1 cup- vanilla wafer crumbs
4 tbs- butter
4 tsp- lemon zest
1 1/4 cups- sugar
1/4 cup- cornstarch
2 pkgs- cream cheese
1 15oz- ricotta cheeese
4- eggs
2 cups- light creamor half&half
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tsp- vanilla

Ready?
Melt butter,add lemon peel,vanilla crumbs mix till moist,Press into 9"x3" spring form pan.Bake 10 min. at 375.Cool for 1/2 hr.
Mix sugar and cornstarch in a cup.In a big bowl blend cream cheese and ricotta till smooth,add sugar mixture,eggs,cream,lemon juice,vanilla,and lemon peel.
Pour this mixture into your pan,bake it at 325 1hr15min.then turn off the oven leave cake in there for another hr.Now you can take it out and cool completly.Cover this masterpiece put in fridge overnite.
Now its the next day your ready to eat,not yet!remove the cake from pan garnish it with lemon peel and mint sprigs.Ok eat enjoy say thankyou Hawk
