Page designed by Dalila Casas

Rain has been on earth for as long as any body can remember. There were a lot of mysteries about rain back in the days when they didn't know where rain came from. So it's not surprising that they made up stories about rain.  This web page is going to talk about different rain myths from around the world.

Honi the Circular

This myth was about a time when there was no rain.
Honi the circular asked the god for rain,
so finally  the god gave them rain.

Tlaloc
an Aztec myth
Tlaloc was a king who sacrificed  men to appease the rain god..

Dragon Robe

The emperor of China makes this dragon come frequently
to his country so the emperor would have the power of rain.
