As convention activities on Saturday are limited to 550 places,
on a first come first served basis, it is very important to get your
registration in early to avoid disappointment.
Registration is 1650 FF (approx 240$*) and includes:
-A BARBIE doll manufactured by Mattel in a limited edition of 1100 made
exclusively for the Paris and Chicago Fashion Doll Festivals ! (550 dolls
for Paris & 550 dolls for Chicago)
-A MADRA doll manufactured by Ashton Drake, in a first ever limited edition
Madra of 550 made exclusively for the Paris Fashion Doll Festival 2001.
-The Saturday Luncheon and table 'surprize' souvenirs.
-Entrance to the Paris Fashion 'Doll Show and Sale' on Sunday
ALSO
Conventioneers will get the opportunity to reserve one or both of the
following dolls (first come, first served basis) see below for reservation
forms.
A special TYLER doll manufactured by Robert Tonner Doll Co. made exclusively
for the Paris Fashion Doll Festival 2001 in limited edition of 250!!
A special ALEX doll manufactured by Alexander Doll Co. exclusively for the
Paris Fashion Doll Festival 2001 in a limited edition of 200!!
FINALLY
A limited edition accessory pack for Gene manufactured by Ashton Drake
exclusively for the Paris and Chicago Festivals will be on sale during both
events!!
Cancellation policy:
After consideration of the amount of money involved for conventioneers
(between two and four exclusive convention dolls), we have changed our
cancellation policy for the year 2001.
If for whatever reason, you are unable to attend the convention, (illness,
work etc..) after deduction of the expenses already engaged by the
organizer, you will be refunded the difference.
That means:
For any cancellation BEFORE November 30th, 2000, there will be a
cancellation fee of 200 FF.
For any cancellation AFTER November 30th, 2000, or 'no show' at the festival
there will be a cancellation fee of 500 FF.
Also you must be present at the Saturday luncheon in order to receive the
Festival souvenirs and dolls.
