At an early age Victor had a natural talent for
writing, and although he might have been expected to
build a career at his grandmother's restaurant,
Victor had other ideas.
At eighteen, he was invited to do an advertising
shoot, and his pictures started showing up in Italian
soap magazines. Before his modeling career got off
to a good start, he was drafted into the Italian
Military. Victor chose the police force and after a
year decided he liked it so he joined for another year.
At twenty, a street fight changed his life and left
his face scarred. Because of this he changed careers
from modeling to acting. Eventually his scars healed
and in 1994 Victor made his first trip to Los Angeles.
He liked it so much that in 1995 he packed his bags
and moved to LA.
It didn't take him long to acquire work in TV
commercials and programs. But his biggest break
came in 1996, when he tried out for and attained
the role of Franco on one of the most popular soaps
Days Of Our Lives. The mysterious and dangerous
Franco Kelly had fans both hating and loving
the character.
After his character was killed off, he moved on to
one of the most highly watched soaps today, The Bold
and The Beautiful, playing the handsome and seductive
photographer Giovanni Lorenzano. Although his role has
been downcast to an occasional one on that show, Victor
has wasted no time doing other acting jobs. This year he
has been seen in an episode of Jack and Jill playing a
character named Marco.
Victor has also just finished playing ski instructor,
Vito Umbrissio in an Aspen setting. The movie is
titled SHEER BLISS.
Victor spends his spare time surfing and enjoying
life in LA. He still enjoys writing...and wouldn't
we love to see a poem or two that he has penned?
How about it, Victor?
