You may be able to find witch stickers,
 or halloween stickers. Make sure that
 you have at least two identical sheets.
 Place two identical stickers on one 
index card. One on the left side and one
 on the right. Then cut the card in half
 in a funny shape. Follow with all the 
stickers. Then set out the cards and ask 
the child to pick out one, then find it's 
match, then place the cards together. 

Items needed are:
large orange poster board
green or brown construction paper
tape
blindfold
markes, ink pens, or crayons

This is played just like pin the tail
 on the donkey. Cut out pumpkin from 
poster board decorate like a 
jack-o-lantern. Cut stem shapes out of
 constrution paper one for each child
 playing either number stems or write 
names on them so you know whos was whos
blinfold child turn 3 times and send 
towards the pumpkin. The child who get's
 their stem closest to the stem spot on 
the pumpkin wins.




 PASS THE BRAINS 

 

Here's a Halloween variation of the 
'pass the parcel' game we typically
 play at kid's parties in Australia.
 Scoop out a pumpkin as you would to
 make a jack -o -lantern. Carve out
 a face, but don't make the holes too
 big otherwise the 'brains'will fall
 out too quickly. (alternatively, you
 could just draw a face on the pumpkin
 with a black marker pen). Fill the
 pumpkin with cold, cooked spaghetti
 (Angel's hair might be best) hiding
 wrapped lollies (sorry, candy) in 
amongst the 'brains'. There should be
 one lolly for each child playing. 
Play some spooky music as the pumpkin 
head is passed around. When the music 
stops, the child holding the head feels
 through its 'brains to find a lolly.
