Hugh Gilbreath and Martha Jane

Hugh Gilbreath Odneal was born Jan. 24, 1837 in Moniteau
Co., MO. He was a farmer and married Narcisis B. Jeffress Feb 27, 1859,
she died Nov 22, 1862. She is buried at the Harris Cemetery near
Prairie Home, MO.
They had one son.
VALENTINE J. L.
Valentine was born April 22, 1860 in Moniteau Co., MO and died Aug.
16, 1876 in Cooper Co., MO. The cause of death is not known.
Hugh then married Martha Jane DeVasher Dec 21, 1864
and they had five children. Hugh's farm is still in the family, now owned
by his great nephew Thomas Aubra (T. A.) Odneal. Hugh died March 24, 1912
in Cooper Co., MO and Martha died Feb. 17, 1917 in Prairie Home, MO. They
are both buried at the Harris Cemetery near Prairie Home, MO.

Daniel M. was born May 21, 1865 near Prairie Home, MO.
He married Isabell Zimmerman. They had three children, a daughter that
died at birth, Martin Wizley and Ola Florence. Daniel was a farmer. and
had a farm located near his father, brother Jeff. and Uncle George C. He
died of TB, March 4, 1900, in Prairie Home and is buried at Harris Cemetery
South West of Prairie Home, MO. Isabell died July 25, 1941 in Prairie Home
and is buried at Providence Cemetery North of Prairie Home, MO.
They had two children.

Jefferson Davis was born August 8, 1866 near Prairie
Home, MO. He married Letitia Victoria Smith December 19, 1888 in Linn Twp,
Moniteau Co., MO. Jeff was a farmer and died May 6, 1940 in Prairie Home,
MO and Tish died June 16, 1962 at St Joaseph's Hospital in Boonville, MO.
They are both buried in Harris Cemetery South West of Prairie Home, MO.

She married Elisha Thurston Sullins Oct. 19, 1892. Elisha was a farmer
and Nancy (Nanny) was a homemaker. He died Dec. 15, 1915 and she
Dec. 5, 1957 both in or near Prairie Home, MO. They are both buried
in Harris Cemetery near Prairie Home, MO.

Jennie was born July 8, 1888 in Moniteau Co., MO.
She married Elmer Harris Dec. 22, 1908 in California, MO. They had
three sons and they both died in infancy. They had a third son Roy
Eugene born Sept. 12, 1912. Elmer was a farmer near Jamestown MO.
After retiring they moved to California, MO. There are no living
descendants of this family. Jennie, Elmer and Roy are all buried
at Union Cemetery near Jamestown MO.
