International Institute for Special Education (IISE)is registered as a SOCIETY under Society Registration Act 1960. It is supported by a cha- ritable trust registered by Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India. IISE is built over approx. 11bighas of totally pollution free area ad- joining Kukrail Picnic Spot Forest area within the urban limits of Lucknow. The campus has built in area of over 47565 sq. ft. consisting of 97 rooms. The institute provides its students all the facilities they will be getting in later phases of life. These include swimming pool, a health club with sauna & Jacuzzi bath, Crocket court, concrete tennis court, indoor badminton and Table-Tennis. Besides these hot and cold wheather swimming, gymnasium, rowing and shooting range are available to students through out the year. IISE has also established an academic research lab equipped with all modern equioments for conducting research work of highest level, mainly in the field of market watch to assess the developing market needs. The IISE campus has a dormitory/hostel, fully developed library, computer division and a hospital also. We also have a Placement Bureau and Cam- pus interviews for our students. We are keeping ourselves abreast with the trends of industry, teaching methods followed in foreign institutes and teaching materials of Indian Institutes is referred to.

IISE has two wings which impart quality education to the children from the very first years of their childhood. These two wings are Macaulay English School (MES) and Rasphil Academy. These have facilities, feat- ures and specialisations offered nowhere yet in India. Children admitted to MES are automatically enlisted to Avant-garde School of English La- guage of IISE(AGSEL) and the computer School becomes available to them for learning English language and Computer in a state-of-art manner as compared to normal school teaching pattern followed in schools. Apart from this it is ensured that they learn etiquette, leadership qualities , team work, empathy, self reliance and all other traits of a powerful personality. Arrangements have been made to nurture talents like music public speaking, sculpture, clay modelling, creative writing, gardening papier-mache work, pottery etc. A rare attraction for children and pa- rents as well is the American Play Pan which keeps children engaged in activities that improv etheir coordination, reflaxes, motor skills and dexterity. It is designed to promote digital and muscular development. Playground of future guaranteed against any harm offers crawling, clim- bing, sliding, punching, driving and anyother activitry which can fire their imagination. Handicapped children are given special care medical- ly also. Admissions are done on merit basis of the entrance exam./TC.

Although Rasphil Academy is just an intermeidate college affiliated to CBSE but is totally different from any such colleges anywhere else. It is our constant endeavour not just to count how many first divisioners we are producing but that being only a primary objective our main aim is to settle these students in life through jobs as early as possible by giving extra coaching to prepare those students who opt for compet- itive entry in management courses. Academy being a constituent of IISE has full access to facilities of IISE and at the same time our student can seek direct admissions to professional courses like MMD-Diploma in Middle Management, MMG-Gradute in Middle Management (Eq. to B.Com.) or they can also compete for BBA/BCA courses. The syllabus of MMG course is totally job oriented unlike conventional B.Com. course of taught in Indian Universities. Any MMG student wishing to go for M.com can seek admission to Lucknow University or being a graduate he can compete for PGDBA(=MBA) at IISE itself. The academy offers umpteen extra curricular activities. It has a solar heated swimming pool for round the year swimming, a covered all weather badminton court, hard tennis court, croquet, a fully equipped gymnasium and even sauna, steam and jacuzzi baths found no where in an educational institute in India.
