Disc 1 tips & secrets
These are the tips for disc 2. I have separated them, first for easier access, and second to not ruin stuff for people not on disc 2. The same rules apply to these as the others. Any imput, email me!
The Kislev battling center is still open, and the blue crystal in the center of the town will buy Fangs, eyeballs, scales, ivorys, etc. And if you have an M Disk, you can play it in the jukebox near Big Joe. Good lord, he's everywhere, isn't he?
For $$$ and experience, the snow places are best. The only draw back is the Golem, which gives small exp., and no gold. Forbiddens give 9000 exp., and gold nuggets. The Neo Gimmicks give around 7000 exp., 3333 G, and Gold Vests, which are strong defensively, and sell good when you have enough. The small robot guys (don't remember the name) give around 6000 exp., 2222 gold, and Golden Hoods, which are like Golden Vests, but for the head. Fighting for awhile will really rake in the cash!
To get items like eyeballs, scales, fangs, and ivorys, fight in Anime Relic 2. The enemies there give out lots of these to sell to the blue crystal in what's left of Kislev.
In the Snowfield Hideout (It's really buried Shevat), there are many exicting things to do. First, find Hans, the one from the Thames. Talk to him, and then the captain of the Thames will come back. This doesn't do much, but he tells you of a treasure. I put this in because the captain of the Thames is cool, and he. . .is a man. . .of the sea! Ahem. Anyway, talk to the kid near Hans, and he will challenge you to a card game. Beat him to get the Emer Jr. Doll (maker unknown!), which is just like the Dolls from the battling arena. On a side note, I have not found any other dolls. If you have, email me and tell me how! I will post them here!
If you have a gold nugget, talk to the digger guy in the small cave by himself. Give it to him, and he will dig some. If you do not have a gold nugget, fight some Forbiddens outside until they give you one (be sure to be in your gear!). After awhile, he will hit a dead end. Give him a gold bullion, and he will dig further. If you don't have a gold bullion, you can randomly get one from fighting the purple monster (Dead Eater) in Anima Relic 1. He will finally hit an old jukebox. This one has the tracks that the one in flying Shevat had, and more. I don't yet know if this has any purpose, but if I do, I'll write it here!
After you beat the elements in their transformer wanna-be fight, you will recieve the Kishin Sword. Take this to the man behind the counter of the guy that sells gear parts, and he will forge the Kishin Sword into the mighty Kijin Sword. Just make sure that you don't have the Kishin sword equipped.
Also, take the transporter plate up to the room that once contained many Chu chus. You can take many items from the round tables, and displays on the upper level. You will get, among other things, a Hercules Rind, Hero Costume, and Vivid Turban.
Duneman Isle is a place that is just west of Bart's old hideout. Gears are not allowed, and at first you will have to fight some Dunemen, but no biggie. Then you fight wyrms (just keep doing 7 weak attacks), and dragons. Do not fight the dragons! After the initial screen, you need to go 3 east, then 2 north. You will come to a giant skeleton. Jump to the top to get the Yamoto Sword, which is very strong (does Square favor Citan for some reason?). If you continue, you will find yourself in a sand river. You can steer yourself to get one of four treasures (you will have to do the routine again if you want the other 3), then will be forced to fight a wyrm at the bottom of the sandfall. Then help the Dunemen get their carriage out of the sand, and they will give you a ride out of the desert.
Go to the lighthouse, that if you are like me, bugged the hell out of you in Disc 1. You can now go inside, and find an elevator going down. (if you have Rico, he will point out that Hammer, the patricidal maniac, said that it was thousands of years old) Explore around the streets, and make sure you have Emeralda with you, you will find out why in a moment. Fei will talk, and then you can get out of your gear and go into a building. Search the insides of the building, and you can get some interesting background info. Also, you will find Big Joe, mentioned later. Soon you will come to an opening in the ground. Go down, and follow the sewer. You will come to a christmas tree, and a scene will play out, showing Fei (Kim) and Elly in that era. Emeralda will then talk, and say taht Fei need not be Kim anymore. She will feel warm, then will grow up, becoming better than ever before! Now aren't you glad you listened to me and put her in? Sorry, just trying to toot my own horn.
Alas, Big Joe, the fighting champ-turned Elvis impersonator due to amnesia. Regardless, he sells the items that fling you down the road to success. As items, he sells all the drives available, the best being HP Drive, and STR and VIT Drives. As for Gear pars, bring mass cash! He sells better frames for Rico and Maria, and good engines, if you don't like that pesky fuel. My favorite item is the GRNS50, which increases the engine output by 50%. In layman's terms, it raised my attack value by 350. My machines are now Seraph killers!
Also, the chests near Big Joe are "randomly" filled, and replenish every time you leave the room. The strangest prize is the UFO photo (use unknown), and you can also get books 1 and 2, but they cannot be used. The best is the Matchlock, a gun for Billy. You have better, but the gun sells for a tidy profit! You also gets spiders and spiderwebs.
Go to Taura's house. Go inside and talk to him. He will wish you well, and give you the Manly Mantle (puff out your chest when you say it), and the Goddess Robe. These are very good defensive items.
This happens in Shevat, but I wanted to put it here as a sort of separation. After awhile, a board appears behind the man who talks about Queen Zephyr. Walk up it to find the queen on top of the base. She will have a short monologue, then ask about the man you rescued from Merkava, and if he will fight with you. I don't know if Citan has to be in the group, but then there is a scene that shows Citan in the Yggdrasil, and he is talking to none other than
