No need to wipe your feet!

Welcome to our house. There are 6 of us living here: Dad, Mom, and 4 kids (also one dog and two cats). In 1987 when Danielle was a baby, the family went to NM as missionaries to the Navajo Indians. In May of 1998, Danielle went back there as a short term mission trip.We plan to go back to live there again as soon as the Lord reopens the doors.

David Watkins, is the father. He works for Crown equipment as an information services technician. He enjoys repairing all sorts of things. He also keeps our vehicles running and that's a big job around here! He leads family devotions and gets the family to church where he is involved in many activities from deacon to youth worker to "King's Kids". Dave grew up near Washington D.C. and his parents still live there. He has 3 brothers and 1 sister. He grew up in a Grace Brethren church. He attended Washington Bible College and then he went to Indiana to Grace Theological Seminary where he met Tina. He also received his Masters degree in Missions there.

Tina Watkins (Isa40:11), is the mother. She stays home and homeschools the children. She enjoys reading and writing, designing web pages (she has several pages), and loves music. She teaches the youth Sunday School and works with Dave in "Kings Kids" at their church. Tina grew up near Kokomo, Indiana. She has a sister and a brother. She grew up as a pastor's kid in a Quaker church.  She attended Friends Bible College (now Barclay College) in Kansas and then transferred to Grace College where she met Dave.

2005 update - Nicole is 18 and finished with school.

Stephanie Dawn (mom's teddy bear) is the next in line. She is 9 and is in 4th grade.  She is also a soccer player and enjoys swimming, reading, riding rollercoasters, and crafts. She also enjoys church, and has lots of friends in the teen group (yes, you read that right).

Crystal Lynn (mom's sunflower) is our last girl. She is 7 and is in 2nd grade. She enjoys playing on the computer and playing with her entire collection of "Barbie's baby sister" dolls. She is anxious to learn to read.  She also loves to tell stories, and that's what you'll find on her web page when she gets it up.

David Michael (mom's c.k.) is last but not least. He is 5 and we call him Mikey to avoid confusion with his dad: David Paul. He is in 1st grade this year and is very excited to be learning with the "big kids". He loves large power equipment and has his room decorated with his true love: trains. Trains and power equipment also play an important part in his web page.
2005 update - Michael is now 11 and in 6th grade.

Well, that's our family, it was nice of you to stop in and pay us a visit.  Hope the kids weren't too rowdy for your taste and I apologize for the spilled milk (but I won't cry over it)!
