This is the last time in this century that we are having all the numbers of the year
odd....and on this occasion Indian students Association takes immense pleasure in inviting
you to a dance and dine extravaganza. "JALWA" as finally named by us..this
event promises to be really the last memorable event of this millenium..except ofcourse the
boarding of the international flights by those of you who have planned a well deserved
excursion to India!!

The Indian student strength has gone up this year and we are having almost a 60%
increase in the quantitative head count of this extremely talented and promising
fraternity. Unluckily for us there has been no increase in the funding for the same
and so to be able to bring to you a number of events this year and to preserve the
service of picking up new students coming from India... we are having a fundraising
attempt by charging $2 from all of you for the "JALWA".

The break-up of this event is as follows:

        Time:     7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - Dinner - "Indian Cusine"
                      8:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. - Dance

Charges:

         UML students - $2
         UML alumni - $5
         non UML students - $7

         Please inform us if u are joining us so that we have a good estimate of the number we
         are going to see that day.

The DJ for the dance are "Bhambi Bros'" in view of the good feedback we received from
all of you.
So we expect all of you to be there for this mega event. The feeling of
togetherness and comradeship we derive from this whole experience goes a long
way in making our stay here more fun. So be there and bring all your energy and
"enthu" to gyrate to the rhythm of music at its very best. The youth and freshness
will turn this evening into a very memorable and exhilarating experience.
