Vitamin C
Oh gee, what can I say about
the wonder vitamin that hasn't been said on TV, radio, and papers, well.
For one thing where to get
the most and best C for the punch, nope not Oranges, give up?, It would
be Acerola Cherries and or Rose Hipps, if you can get both alternate between
them.
How much you ask ?, well
how about 2,000mg min. through out the day possibly 4,000mg as a max target,
if you smoke start with 3,000mg and or drink alcahol up it to 500/1,000
more, it all depends on you but remember to spread the wealth, C is not
time released so it must be taken throughout the day, most Vitamins work
this way.
