Ahh, yes the great tasting stuff
in Italian food, this little herb, yup you herd me herb is an excellent blood
purifier.
There is one major draw
back to it, the recommended intake is not cooked, though it is very
tasty in spaghetti, it has very little effect after cooked, the recommended intake is 1 clove fresh, yuck!
There are alternatives,
garlic tablets, I recommend the ones that curb "burping", a lot easier to
handle. There is a "no smell" brand out as well.
