Description : This 2-nd & 3-rd floor corner unit townhouse looks up at Attitash mountain. The condominium is part of the Attitash Mountain Village Resort Hotel complex which offers indoor & outdoor pools , indoor & outdoor Jacuzzis, tennis courts, exercise room, restaurant & lounge, game room etc. Your association fee covers the usage of all these facilities. The association fee also covers water/sewer, cable TV & firewood. The price includes all furnishings & appliances.

The first level (2-nd floor) consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and a 1/2 bath. From the kitchen, you look over the main kitchen counter into the dinning/living room and out the sliding glass door toward the Attitash mountain. From anywhere on this level, one can also look out a large bank of 4 Anderson windows toward the woods and through the sliding glass doors toward the Attitash Mountains. The cathedral ceiling living room has an efficient wood stove which can heat the whole unit and is great for viewing the fire. A pullout couch in the living room can sleep two. Major appliances in the fully equipped kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and disposal.

The 2-nd level (3-rd floor) consists of one bedroom with a double bed and room width wall closet. A second bed room has 4 bunk beds and also a room width wall closet. This level also has a full bath and a room size storage closet. Both bed rooms have double Anderson windows which look out toward the woods.

From this level, vertical ladders mounted on the wall lead to a large sleeping loft area.

Income Potential : If you are interested in renting your unit when you are not using it, the on site hotel complex and management company makes it very easy, carefree, and profitable. All days which we do not use ourselves are placed in the rental program. Our net income after all cleaning, maintenance, repair & replacement charges was $8.3K for 95, $7.6K for 96 and $8.1K for 97. This is net after paying for cleaning charges for our own use. The expense for electric heating and utility was fairly constant at $1.8K/year for all 3 years. Depending on how much you put down, how many days you put into the rental program and your tax bracket, it is possible for the unit to carry itself. If you plan to rent out the unit, the large 9x16 owners storage room inside the unit will easily hold all personal belongings. The 2x5x8 outdoor storage locker will hold all your skis and other sport equipment.
