A study in the disingenuous.  - purports to regard "Colleen T. Thomas".  In fact there is no such person. - purports to "remind" me of past due payments owed to their office.  Nothing could be more facile.  This is no reminder--just a bunch of threats.  This was the response to my notification that I could not pay because I was unemployed and had no money. - purport to be from "Child Support Services", when in fact this organization is nothing of the kind.  Their business has nothing to do with supporting children.  Most of the money they confiscate goes to single mothers, who are in that circumstance by their own demand.  The rest of the money goes to pay the bureaucrats. -a  problematic expression--"We trust..."  Totally dishonest hyperbole, certainly belies the "Sincerely".  The person who sent this letter does not "trust".  And her attitude represents an entire bureaucratic organization. - finally, the most ironic element, an encircled phone number, as if  personal contact with this "agent" would serve any purpose. She already knows I'm a deadbeat--what else matters?
