I am an ex Australian Army ( Recruit Instructor). I found your site when looking for some info on the movie Full Metal Jacket. I have seen this movie a thousand times, in fact i used to watch it before new intakes of recruits, just to get fired up again. It was good to read your stories on bootcamp,it seems the age old way of training doesn't vary betwween Army's after all we are trying to achieve the same objectives.Thoroughly enjoyed your site and yor exploits.
