This picture is said to be a band in which several Allen siblings played. The woman is Belle. Belle's brother Frank T. Allen married Martha Jane "Mattie" Street (1866-1928). They were separated and divorced after the birth of their daughter May Allen. Frank remarried, but the family never talked too much about him. He had numerous employment failures.
