I am Nothing

Yiskor service, and the Rabbi looking heavenward, passionatly proclaims "Dear G_d, I but a speck on the ocean of your countenance, I am nothing!"

The Cantor, seeing the rabbi, and not to be undone chants "Dearest, omnipitant G_d, among your unworthy flock, *I* am least worthy. I am nothing."

Finally, the Shamos being devout looks skyward and utters, "Dear G_d, I am your lowliest servent, unworthy of consideration. I am nothing."

Whereby the Rabbi looks at the Cantor with a smirk and whispers, "NOW look who thinks he's nothing!!"
