Corn Chowder

Recipe Ingredients
5 lb potatoes (cubed uniformly)

1 lb bacon (cooked well & crushed)

1 lg onion (chopped)

3 15 oz. cans niblet corn

3 15 oz. cans cream style corn

2 12 oz. cans evaporated milk

1 qt. whole milk

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 lb. butter or margerine

salt to taste



Recipe Directions
Boil the potatoes until tender (Do
not use baking potatoes).

Sautee the onion in the olive oil.

Combine all ingredients and heat
slowly to serving temperature.

You'll be surprised how something so
simple can taste so good!
