True Grit
Based on a novel by Charles Portis a young girl's father is killed ans she hires the meanest U. S. Marshall she can find. It stars John Wayne, Kim Darby, Glenn Camble, Robert Duvall, and Strother Martin. This is my favorite Duke moive. When he grabbes the rreins in his mouth and yells "Fill you handsyou son of a bitch." I think that might be my most favorite scene in any movie. Duke won his first and only oscar and i don't know if anyone has seen it when he collects his long deserved reward but you can see he didn't expect to get it. When Duke and the Director henery Hathaway sat down to talk about this e was over joyed with the exception of one thing. He would not where the mustague he thought that with the eye patch it made his face look to crowded. What most people notice is that Denis Hopper makes an apperance in this movie. It is so well made if you have seen it and you say your a John Wayne fan see it today.
