This site isn't really to teach CSS for the WebTV Plus but just more or less a reference of what CSS codes the WebTV Plus will support. If you know basic HTML then CSS is a breeze to learn. Some of these pages may look a bit technical but the basic syntax for a CSS code is selector {property: value;} and nothing more.
I simply bought Jason Cranford Teague's book "DHTML For The World Wide Web" and was using CSS that very night. He gives a step-by-step explanation with pictures to show how each code works on a webpage.
