Synopsis:
The Maggia buys the Baxter Building and evicts the Fantastic Four in a clever attempt to get their hands on their technology. The team does its best against a horde of Maggia agents who claim to be defending their building. However, the Fantastic Four manage to capture the Maggia's local leader, Top Man, which ends their threat.

Synopsis:
Namor rescues Magneto (see X-Men #63) who then tries to convince the Prince of Atlantis to join him against the surface world. Frustrated by Namor's hesitation, Magneto decides to take matters into his own hands. An impatient Ben Grimm responds to Magneto's attack and prompts Namor to launch a full scale invasion!

Synopsis:

Meanwhile, Magneto takes Sue and Lady Dorma captive and forces Namor and the FF to join his attack against the surface world.

Synopsis:
Reed convices Namor to return to Magneto and pose as his willing ally, while Reed goes to work. Meanwhile, the invasion of NY is successful and Mangeto sets up his base of operations. The FF return to confront Magneto using a magnetic converter to neutralize him. They free Sue and Lady Dorma, and Namor orders his troops back to Atlantis.

In the Negative Zone, Annihilus confronts Janus and defeats him. Meanwhile, the Fantastic Four enter the Zone in search of Janus. The FF battle Annihilus while Janus makes a desperate gamble for power which ends in his destruction. Reed stays behind and holds off Annihilus while the others return to Earth.

Synopsis:
Reed faces his death as he's swept up into the anti-mater zone. Ben begins to behave oddly as Reed's last experiment on him has affected his mind. Agatha Harkness gives Reed the opportunity to escape the anti-matter zone and Annihilus, and return safely thanks to Johnny's help as well. Unfortunately, the Thing throws quite a tantrum and walks out on the team.
