The Silver Surfer tries to reason with Thor but is forced into battle. The combined power of the Silver Surfer and Beta Ray Bill are insufficient to stop Thor. Adam Warlock appears and wants to help Thor. |

The Infinity Watch enjoys some down time. Pip and Maxam discover first hand human discrimination. Warlock learns of Thor's madness and goes to help. |

Warlock confronts Thor and he is attacked. Both he and the Silver Surfer are forced to retreat from Thor's onslaught. |

Tired of waiting for Warlock's cue, the Infinity Watch take on Thor. Things quickly turn ugly as Moondragon's mind gem gives the Valkyrie life. Drax coughs up his gem and Thor seizes its power. |

Warlock and Silver Surfer recruit Dr. Strange's help. Sif nurses Beta Ray Bill back to health. The Infinity Watch regroup and rejoin Warlock. They depart for Asgard to stop Thor. |

Sif, hoping to stop Warlock and company from informing Odin of Thor's madness, tricks an army of Trolls to attack them. Unfortunately, Warlock and company fight valiantly but fall to the sheer numbers of Trolls and are taken captive. |

Warlock and company are to be sacrificed except for Pip who is recognized as a Troll and may fight for his freedom. He chooses Warlock to fight on his behalf and while Warlock fights, Pip frees the rest of the gang and depart for Asgard. |

Thor and Valkyrie arrive in the outskrits of Asgard and are attacked by Warlock and company. They are unable to stop them but Pip in a desperate attempt teleports them to Thanos' base of operations. |

Thor versus Thanos and Silver Surfer versus Valkyrie. After a fierce battle,Thanos encases Thor within an energy field. The Infinity watch and Dr. Strange rejoin them as they must decide what to do before Thor frees himself. |

Thanos tries to return Valkyrie to Thor's mind, but they are unfortunately drawn into his insanity. They manage to free themselves from his mad mind and decide to return him to Odin for further help. |

Thanos, Silver Surfer, Dr. Strange, Warlock and the Infinity Watch arrive on the Rainbow brigde of Asgard and Odin dispatches his army to deal with the intruders. They battle well against the warriors of Asgard and Odin decides to join the frey. Thanos engages Odin and an incredible battle. Sif stops the battle and reveals Thor's madness. Odin realizes his part in Thor's fall and does his best to free Thor of his madness but fails and decrees that Thor must die. |

Dr. S and Warlock convince Odin to try a second time to free Thor of his madness. Odin frees Thor and battles Valkyrie within Thor's mind. Thor joins the battle and destroys Valkyrie restoring his sanity. Thor thanks all those who helped him. |
