We tortured Lewis at a recent Northern Virginia Fortune Seekers meeting to get him to tell us how he managed to win three cars -- a Volvo, a BMW and a one-year lease on another BMW -- in less than a year.
Here is what he said: There is no secret.
Lewis says he just works real hard, entering aggressively and consistently every day for prizes he really wants. He says it's also important to hunt down new sweeps. He reads the newsgroups for information on new sweepstakes and contests.
He won one of the BMWs in March 1997. He won the Volvo in December 1997, and the second BMW in March 1998.
