Character Classes





You can Choose your character class from the list below.


Assassin- Much like bounty hunters except they are strictly bad. Are able to disguise themselves. Start with 10 accuracy. Get paid 750 gil per week and get paid per job they are chosen to do.

Bounty Hunter- These people go after characters when someone has placed a bounty on their heads. Space Patrol doesn't really like them but they get the job done. Start with 10 self control. Earns 750 gil per week as allowance.

Citizen- Normal person that works a job to earn their money. Can be a mechanic or whatever. Start with every attribute at 6. Earns 1,000 gil a week. Starts with Engineering.

Explorer- People that explore far off planets. They discover new towns, life forms, etc. They recieve 950 gil a week. All explorers begin with 10 intelligence and 10 determination.

Mage- Magic is centered to this class, as they use it to defeat there foes with a sheer mumur of words of great power. Starting with 20 magic when you start off, also know Tao Magic before you even take your first step. The draw back to this class is that you cannot use any of the bladed weapons. A mage makes 600 gil a week.

Medic- People that devote their lives to the healing of others are medics. They are the doctors found in the many varied cities. They begin with a 15 intelligence and 15 determination. Without the use of potions, medics can use herbal remedies to heal 3 hit points a day per level of experience. With each potion use they can cure an extra 10 HP per use. They earn 1500 per week. Being pacifists the medic class may only once per month instead of twice.

Mercenary- Work for gil. Basically adventurers that go around and do things. Starts with 10 magic. Earns an allowance of 850 gil per week.

Pilot- People that pilot the many space crafts in the universe. They can only become fully fledged pilots when they train at either Sentinel III's military academy, or Blue Heaven's Phantom Academy (See Rules for more details). Start with Aviation. Starting salary is 700 gil. When they learn aviation and become fully fledged pilots, they get 1,000 gil.

Pirate- Something like thieves except more advanced. They recieve a skill that allows them to pick locks when thrown in jails. Space Patrol regards them as their ultimate enemies. Start with 10 determination. Earns 650 gil per week.

Psionist- These people are raised with powers of the mind that strech out farther than the norm. The ability to bend objects to their will. A psionist starts with 10 self control and determination to start off with. They also start off knowing contact. The one draw back of this class is you cannot use any gun-type weapons. They earn 600 Gil a week.

Ranger- These are woodsmen dedicated to preserving the natural order. They serve as scouts, trackers, and point men for military groups in the woodlands. They also work as guides to help the lost find their way. Rangers are noble, but often dislike anyone that isn't a ranger. Mainly because only those that share their passion for life can understand what guides and motivates them. They tend to be a little crazy, and take more risks than most people. They make little, but are happy with their lot in life. They earn 400 gil a week. Starts with 15 Determination. Rangers start with Tracking.

SOLDIER- Troops hired and trained by ShinRa INC. They are trained to kill. All SOLDIERs either begin at Nibelheim or Midgar. Start with either a buster sword, or a gun of some sort. But be careful...If you die in battle, you could get changed into a monster by Professor Hojo. In monster mode, you have to be killed to go back to normal. To live civilised as a monster, you must have 1,000 self control. SOLDIER's get 900 gil a week and start off with 60 HP, and 20 Power. MUST BE ON THE BAD SIDE.

Space Patrol- Police type characters that go after the thieves or anyone else that does not abide by the law. Start with an extra 10 Hit points. Earns 1,500 gil a week. Only earns half reward for turning in wanted people.

Thief- Thieves steal items and gil from travelers, people's homes, etc. They are constantly being hunted down and thrown in jail for these crimes. Thieves start off with 10 intelligence. Earns 500 gil per week as an allowance.
