Connie Mack Stadium

As A child of 6 or 7 I Became a fan Of The Philadelphia Athletics. My Father was an avid Yankee fan and he took me to all the A's Yankees Games ,at the now long gone Connie Mack Satium and later at Shibe Park,in Philadelphia.

Over The Years My father and I often debated who was the greatest ball player of all time but we always agreed That George Herman Ruth was a one of a kind Home Run King (714 career Home Runs) the likes of whom will never be seen again!

This Tribute To Babe Ruth Is Dedicated To The memory of my father and the many enjoyable days of my boyhood we spent at the old ball park!
