Bubba's back shed poker group had long been suspected by the sheriff as a distributing point for Bubba's Uncle Hanks whitelightening.

So the sheriff started setting out to watch the shed looking for the littlest reason to bust em.

Finally the third night, ole Ned comes staggering out to his car, he falls down twice.

Every body else was in their cars and gone before he even got the key in the door.

Soon as he pulled out to the road the sheriff had him. Figuring he get him on a DWI and get him to talk about the routes for selling 'corn'.

But when he gave him the breathalyzer, the result were 0.0." Hey", he yells, "that can't be!"

" Sorry" , Ned replied,"I was the designated decoy."
