Joon Pyo Choi

Grand Master Joon Pyo Choi was famous in the 60's for his fierce fighting in Korea, in the 70's for his dramatic, show stopping demonstrations all around the U.S., in the 80's for his dynamic coaching style and unprecedented winning U.S. team record, and 
in the 90's for moving the martial arts into the mainstream of American life. The new 
Millennium will see the realization of Master Choi's dream - A modern martial arts temple. 

Master Choi's Oriental Martial Arts College sponsors the World Martial Arts Expo, Battle of Columbus, 
Moo Gong Martial Arts Summer Camp, International Culture Fair, Asian American Commerce Group, and several smaller local events. 

Master Choi sits on  the board 
of the United Way, the Central Ohio Breathing Association, and has won many awards for community service in Central Ohio. 

The President of Korea appointed Master Choi to the Peaceful Reunification of Korea Committee, the highest honor for a Korean not elected to government.

Grand Master Joon Pyo Choi in the Meditation Hall of the Oriental Martial Arts College in Columbus, Ohio. The main headquarters school has a 4,500 square foot main training hall, two smaller classrooms a library and conference room, several offices, a kitchen and lounge, a pro shop, and men's and women's locker rooms outfitted with showers, sauna's and lots of lockers.
