a late post note**

The music that you have been listening to is called the Riddle Song ~ here are the words to the song;

The Riddle Song
Traditional
I gave my love a cherry that had no stone. I gave my love a chicken that had no bone. I gave my love a baby with no cryin'. And I told my love a story that has no end. How can there be a cherry that has no stone? How cab ther be a chicken that has no bone? How can there be a baby with no cryin'? How can you tell a story that has no end?

A cherry when it's bloomin, there ain't no stone A chicken when it's pipping, there ain't no bone. And when a baby's sleeping, there's no crying. And when I say I love you, there ain't no end.

from what I could find on the internet this tune was played during Mr. Grants lifetime also. This particular version is said to be from the Kentucky Mountains, but a much earlier version is found in a 15th century manuscript.
