Yes, God is a sovereign God and He does say: "I will have mercy on whom 
I will have mercy." (Romans 9)But that is not a licence to shrug off
the command given to us by Jesus.  (Matthew 28:19)


REAL QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER:

1.Do you REALLY believe that Jesus is "the Way the Truth and the Life"?
(John 14:6)

2.Do you REALLY believe that "Neither is there salvation in any other:
for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we
must be saved" (Acts 4:12) ?

Do you REALLY believe that "he that believes on Him is not condemned: 
but he that believes not is condemned already because he has not 
believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God (John 3:18) ?

"How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? 
and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and 
how shall they hear without a preacher?" (Romans 10:17)

If you believe these verses, if you REALLY do, you have no excuse for 
remaining silent.  "The harvest IS plentiful", and "now is the day of 
salvation."

Isaiah 6:8 "And I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I
