Welcome to the official website of Claude's Guide Service. Claude's Guide Service is owned and operated by Claude Ward. Cowboy, which is what most people call Claude, is U.S.C.G. and Texas Parks and Wildlife licensed. He has over 10 years of experience in guiding anglers to the hottest fishing spots in the Coastal Bend. Cowboy specializes in finding both Redfish and Speckled Trout. Cowboy also is very capable of finding the fish in the winter, a hot new fishery that is exploding in this area. Very few anglers try there luck in winter fishing, leaving more fish for you. And remember, South Texas "winters" are very comfortable. Cowboy uses a 24' 4" Blue Wave powered by a 200hp Yamaha motor to get you to the fishing action. He supplies all of the bait and tackle you will need to catch your limit. Cowboy uses only first class gear, so you can be assured of no "down time" while you are fishing. All you need to bring is your fishing license and what you want to eat or drink, and Cowboy even supplies the ice. Cowboy loves to teach and watch children fish, so be sure to bring the whole family on your adventure. Cowboy has all the needed equipment to ensure your child's safety. If your family or group is too large to fit in one boat, not to worry, Cowboy can get his hands on all the boats needed for any size of party.
