Did you know that there is no memorial to the men and women who served in in World War II?
Well it's true.
And, by law, the government can not build one.
It must be funded privately, by people like you and I, per Public Law 103-32.
As of June 1, 2000 the campaign raised 92 million dollars, out of a needed $100 million.
