ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT
QUALIFICATIONS FORM

As an independent contractor you work from your home, set your own hours and work as many or as few hours as you would like. There are some basic results that must be achieved in order to meet the standards for staying on the line.

1. New readers must have at least a 13 minute average within the first 3 days of being on the line.
2. The reader must maintain a 13-18 minute average to stay on the line depending on the results expected from Real Communications, Inc.
