CREAMY MINTS



Ingredients:
8 oz. box cream cheese softened
6 and half cups powedered sugar.
Only use 1/4 tsp. of peppermint. (Otherwise if you use the whole tsp. it says it will knock your socks off. :-)

Directions:

Blend together all ingredients until a consistency that is not sticky and firm to the touch. ( May have to add more sugar as needed to get it there. On humid days seems to take more. Set in refrigerator to cool. You can add color. Wear plastic gloves unless you want to sport the nicest color of skin on the block. You can buy molds at any hobby store. Take a piece of the candy dough small ball and dip mold in sugar and press candy into mold and turn out. Its a slow process but, many hands make the job go fast if you have some available. You can freeze them until you want to use them. There are many molds for weddings and graduations and showers that is what have used them for in the past. They are so creamy and are a great sugar high. :-)
