I have found that doing the manual submission (600+ is a good place to start, they charge to do it for you, but have all 600 listings available for you to do it yourself) on these sites works best...sometimes the "form" registration simply does not work, BUT, you should still use the submission services; it saves time, plus most of the sites let you know if you have already registered. YAHOO should definitely be a manual submission. It is time consuming, but since you have all these great pages to save you time , this is the best way to assure you get in there and get seen!
