The main portion is where you draw the engagement area. Each line represents a given disance from your position, the distance is your choice.
At the end of each half circle is a box. If there is a structure on that line, record the range, windage, and elevation of that structure. The idea is to record as much information as possible on this card.

On the small target sketch where you normally hold your crosshairs
Show the light direction with an arrow
Show the wind direction with an arrow
In the numbered shot boxes you should record- the elevation and windage before each shot. And draw a small point showing where you saw your crosshairs before pulling the trigger (in the 'Call' box)
On the large target you drew in make a small point for the location of where the bullet hit, then number them.
In the two boxes above the target you drew write in the correct "dope".
The same information is recorded on the moving target card, except you will also record how much lead you use for each shot.
