Blueberry Coffee Cake

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 c. margarine softened
1 c. milk
1 egg
(2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed and well drained)

Heat oven to 350. Beat all ingredients except blueberries in large
mixer bowl on
low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl
occasionally, 2 min.
Spread half of the batter in greased 13x9x2 pan; sprinkle with
1 cup berries. Top with
remaining batter; sprinkle with 1 cup berries. Bake about
35 minutes. Drizzle
warm cake with 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
and 1 to 2 Tbsp lemon juice.
