6 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/3 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cans cherry pie filling
1 box vanilla wafers
72 paper baking cups
For 36:
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cans cherry pie filling
1 box vanilla wafers
36 paper baking cup
Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Place a
vanilla wafer in paper baking cups, placed in 2-inch tins.
Fill to 1/3 inch from top. Bake 15 minutes at 350 deg.
While still warm, put cherry pie filling on each cake. Remove
from cup cake tins when cool.
