2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown
potatoes, thawed
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans condensed cream of
potato soup (may use cream
of celery or cream of
mushroom soup)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Combine ingredients (except Parmesan). Put in buttered
casserole dish; sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at
300 degrees.
