10 lb. potatoes
1 qt. whipping cream or half and half
4 cans chicken soup
Peel and slice potatoes in large casserole(s) or roaster.
Mix in cream and soup with potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
This recipe can be cut down to 1/4 or increased.
Serves 30-40
