This folk doll from Liberia stands 9 1/2 inches tall and is in very good condition. She is of fabric, wire and wood construction. She is wearing a print dress and head scarf wrapped in the tradional style of her people. Her features are painted. In her hands she carries a drum. On her back is an infant. She is attached to a small wooden base with a tag that reads, Zena Holcombe, Monrovia, Liberia Purchased August 2000 by chadwick@dancris.com
