"Watch those asteroids Miles!"

"I see 'em!"

The Strayer weaves through an asteroid field avoiding them left and right.

"We've got a signal from the Wekaz." says Rif "They've hit an asteroid but their still going."

"The Tel'Moka is still ahead of us Miles." says Leroy "Let's get moving."

"DeFalco, I need more speed!" says Miles

"I'm working as hard as I can down here! Maverick's helpin me but were stretched as it is!"

"Watch out!" cries Raven

The Olmaki cuts right through their path. The Strayer weaves up and barely misses.

"That was too close." says Mrr'tas

"Were coming out of the field." says Miles.

"SpaceDrive factor 2 Miles." says BJ

"Got it."

The Cutani frigate Keito. Captain Diga is consulting some charts. His first officer comes up.

"Were out of the asteroid field and proceeding at Drive factor 2."

"Very good."

"Are you researching what our next obsticle will be sir?"

"No, I'm trying to figure out where we can ambush those Kzatti. They should not even be in this race."

"That will disqualify us."

"Not if they don't know about it." says Diga "Look here Gon, we can hide in the TF-115 Nebula and ambush them. We can say they experienced trouble and blew up."

"Is this necessary sir?" says Gon "Haven't we done enough to the Kzatti?"

"I will not have them finish this race Gon! What's a few less Kzatti?"

"Very well sir."

"Were nearing the TF-115 nebula." says Leroy.

"BJ, we have slow down, our engines are overtaxed." says Steven

"But were in a race!" says Miles

"I know, but if we keep this up we won't be in it for much longer."

"All right, let's make repairs in the nebula." says BJ

The Strayer stops inside the nebula for a while until the Cutani frigate Keito comes in and hides with them.

"Hmm, it seems Diga's having trouble too." says Tundra.

"They're engines aren't overtaxed." says Leroy "And they're weapons are coming online."

"What's the next ship coming by?" says BJ

"The Kal'Kel." says Leroy

"They wouldn't!" says Mrr'tas

"Oh, yes they would." says BJ "Can they see us?"

"No, the nebula is masking us."

"The Kal'Kel has passed by but the Keito has activated a tractor beam!"

"Send a message to Captain Woo, we need their help!" says BJ

"Got it." says Rif

"Ready weapons Tundra."

"Their pulling the Kzatti ship in."

"Aim for their tractor emitter. Fire!"

"Ready troops to board their ship Gon."

The Keito rocks from a hit.

"What was that?!"

"We've been fired upon!"

"By the Kzatti?"

"No, another ship inside the nebula. It's....the Strayer.

"BJ."

"Our tractor emitter is trashed sir."

"Go after them! Now!"

"But sir the Kzatti ship has no weapons."

Diga takes out his weapon and shoots Gon.

"Anyone else wish to question my orders? Now get after that ship and destroy it!"

"Another ship coming in sir!"

"What now?!"

"It's the Tiananmen."

"Damn those Terrans! Destroy that Kzatti ship NOW!"

On the bridge of the Tiananmen, Captain Woo turns to his weapons officer, a felo-sapien

"Mr. Boots, target they're weapons."

"Yes sir."

Bridge of the Keito

"Our weapons are gone!"

Diga pounds his fist in anger

"Ram them!"

"I will not!" replies the conn officer

"I gave you an order!"

"And I won't follow it!"

"Neither will I." says the weapons officer

"This is mutiny Rej!"

"Yes sir it is. Your turing a festivity race into a vendetta!"

Diga stands up and takes out his weapon but is shot from another angle. Rej looks and see's it was the conn officer who shot him.

"Hail the Tiananmen." says Rej "We're standing down."

"And the winner of the race is Captain Len'ba, of the Tel'Moka." says Vezar. "2nd place goes to Captain Yantus of the Olmaki and 3rd goes to Captain Burns of the Saratoga.

Vezar, Captain's BJ and Woo and Rej are in a conversation

"I'm sorry it got out of hand sir." says Rej "But Diga was determined to destroy the Kzatti vessel. He didn't care if it had weapons or not."

"Were it not for the interferance of Captain's BJ and Woo this would have been an unfortunate incident." says Vezar "And the Zandar High Council is very tempted to ban the Cutani from the next race."

"And were allies with them why?" says BJ?

"Heaven knows." says Woo.

"Not all Cutani are like Diga." says Rej. "The government is trying to curb certain Cutani hatred for the Kzatti."

"Give this message to your government Rej." says Vezar "If anyone from your race does something like this again, they will be banned from every race here on in."

"I understand."

Vezar turns to BJ and Woo.

"Gentlemen, shall we take part in the remaining festivities?"

"Sure, why not?" says BJ

"Love to." says Woo.
