Strayer bridge. Admiral Keogh is currently on the main screen.

"Two of our outposts that we established in the former Kzatti Empire frontier have gone silent. They were bases for exploration vessels and now we can't get ahold of them."

"You want us to check it out Admiral?" says BJ

"Correct. I've already sent the cruiser Jutland to investigate but I want you there as well. I'm sure Ms. Mrr'tas will be of help getting there."

"On our way admiral. Miles, set course."

"Yes sir."

"Where were the outposts located?" says Mrr'tas

"On the planets you called K'Trelok V and Yarvi VII."

"I recognize those worlds. My uncle told me about them when I was a kitten. They were sentinal outposts to guard against invasion."

"From who?" says Raven

"The Yuva'zag."

"The who?"

"Well according to my uncle the Yuva'zag were a snake-like race who invaded during the early days of the empire, roughly 700 years ago. We fought them back and defeated them, destroying their homeworld and they have not been seen since. They were thought extinct by now."

"They're obviously back with avengence." says Leroy "I'm reading weapons fire ahead."

"Distress call coming in from the T.F.S. Jutland." says Rif

"Let's hear it."

"To any ship in range, we are under attack by unknown aliens. Shields failing. We need help immediatly!"

The sound of an explosion is heard.

"Shields gone! The Captain's dead! Warn the fleet! I repeat, warn---"

"They're gone." says Rif

"We're in visual range." says Leroy

"On screen."

A number of pod shaped fighter-type vessels fly around the wreckage of the Jutland. A huge sphere shaped vessel comes on the screen.

"Dear god!" says Leroy "That thing's huge! And I thought a KH Warcruiser was big!

"Scrag! Miles, get us out of here, pronto!"

"Yes sir!"

BJ hits a control on his console.

"Maverick, Tim, get up here."

After they get to the bridge BJ shows them what happened and has Mrr'tas tell them the story.

"Does the word Yuva'zag ring a bell?" says BJ

"'friad not." says Tim "Never heard of them."

"I believe I saw a reference to them when I was on my covert mission to Kzatt Prime. It was in some memorial to a long dead general who lead the fight against them."

"General Krr'ruk." says Mrr'tas

"Mrr'tas get a report together telling everything you know about the Yuva'zag." says BJ "Admiral Keogh's gonna love this."
