It's late morning as Outlaw and Tom ride down a lonely highway on Harley. They pass a sign that says "Stump Hollow, 50 miles".
"Stump Hollow's my home town." says Tom
"Really? That's great. We can meet your family."
"I don't have family there anymore."
"Oh?"
"My parents died in a car accident when I was young, my sister was murdered a couple years ago and my brother is a career naval officer."
"No friends or anything?"
"Only one, Cathy Sanders, owner of Cathy's Place, the best food anywhere."
"Ah. Former girlfriend?"
"Uh-huh. We were going to get married too. But then the news about my sister hit me hard. I started drinking, and was then fired from the FBI. Cathy wanted nothing to do with a drunk like me and I became a drifter."
"Well, were going to show her how you've changed your life around. Harley, how 'bout we fly some of the way there?"
"Sure thing." says Harley
"Uh, fly?"
Wings start to spread out from Harley and he increases speed.
"Is this a good time to mention that I get airsick?"
Harley speeds off into the sky and a few moments later come back down. Tom is very white.
"Stop the bike!"
Outlaw pulls it over while Tom goes to the bushes and vomits. Tom wobbles back to the bike while Outlaw rumages inside a side pouch and takes out a box.
"Try some of these."
Tom turns even whiter and goes back. Outlaw looks at the box.
"Milkbone Dog Buscuits? Oops."
"Outlaw!" says Harley "You've only been a canine for several months and your already eating that stuff?"
"Well....sure. It actually tasts kinda good."
Outlaw grabs one and eats it.
"Mmm, not bad."
Harley makes a rude electronic noise as Tom comes back. Stump Hollow looks a lot like Stonebluff. They park outside Cathy's Place were the lunch crowd is starting to come in. A lot of people stop and look up at Outlaw.
"Oh, don't mind me, I'm just a customer like the rest of you."
They sit at a booth and Cathy comes up to the table.
"Cathy. It's good to see you." says Tom
"Thomas. Who's your uh...friend?"
"Cathy Sanders, meet Outlaw."
"My pleasure ma'am."
"I'll have one of my waiters get your order." says Cathy "We'll talk later Tom."
"Sure."
Cathy walks away.
"You should not have let her go Tommy boy!"
"I know. But you can't change the past."
Later after they finish lunch and pay the tab they go outside.
"Outlaw, message coming in from Mission Control." says Harley
"Put it on."
Colleen's face comes on.
"You two up for a bounty?"
"Sure." says Outlaw "What have you got?"
"Ever hear of Cooper Graves?"
"I have!" says Tome "He's the man who murdered my sister!"
"Really? Well, he's been spotted in your area. A huge bounty on his head."
"We'll catch him Colleen, don't worry." says Outlaw
"Be careful you two. This man is a stone cold killer."
"Don't I know it." says Tom
Colleen's face leaves the screen. They drive out of town. They see an abondoned car along the road.
"Stop!" says Tom
Tom gets off and inspects around the car.
"Those are his footprints, I know it!"
"How can you tell?"
"Your talking to an expert tracker."
They head off towards the hills when a gunshot rips through Tom's leg. He yells in pain and goes down. Outlaw fires back and helps Tom.
"Let me."
He touches the wound and it's gone.
"That never ceases to amaze me." says Tom "You really are---"
"I suggest we concentrate on getting him."
"Right."
They split up and go after Graves from different directions. Outlaw's ears perk up when he hears laser fire and heads for it. He see's Tom holding a Taser on Graves, who's on the ground and Tom is pointing his pistol at him.
"Give me reason Graves! Just give me a reason!"
"Tom stop!"
Tom puts his pistol away.
"Thank you."
"For what?"
"Stopping me."
"Sure, no problem. Cooper graves, your under arrest."
Graves just chuckles
"The cops are so pathetic, they need you mutts to bring me in? How sad."
Tom hits him with another jolt from his Taser. Later, as Tom and Outlaw step out of the local jail, Cathy walks up to them.
"I think we need to talk."
"Your right." says Tom "Uh, Outlaw..."
"Gotcha. You need to talk. You know where to find me."
