RRMC briefing room. The Rovers and Maddogs are here. A Road Rover operative is on the monitor. He is a mixed breed.

"Master, I'm at the Roth Pentell gulag. It looks like a full scale riot took place."

"Give us a look Harry."

The screen pans to what was the main building of the prison.

"I've found someone. I think it was one of the prisoners. Yes. This was Cyril Griggs. A real psycho killer, that's why he was sent here."

"What killed him?"

"I don't really know. Hold on, I'm detecting some activity."

The screen flickers for some moments.

"Harry, your breaking up."

"Oh god! Stay away!"

"Harry? What's going on?"

All that's heard is Harry's screaming as the screen flickers off.

"What happened?" says Hunter

"Cooper Graves." says Silver

Everyone looks at Silver is shock.

"What do you mean Cooper Graves?" says Outlaw

"I should have seen it coming earlier. He came back after the Immortal Gem supposedly killed him. It's not entirely impossible that it gave him some kind of supernatural powers."

"That's not possible!" says Colleen

"Wanna bet?"

"I anticipated this." says Wesley

"What's your plan?" says Master

"Six months ago the last gem here on Earth was destroyed. But I pocketed a fragment of the gem and with Huberts help fashioned it into a bullet. I believe this bullet can finally stop him."

"You mean kill him don't you?" says Hunter

"It's him or us Hunter! He wouldn't hesitate in a second." says Silver

"Maddogs, get to Roth Pentell prison."

"Yes sir."

The Maddogs head out.

"What is Roth Pentell and where?" says Blitz

"It's a special prison made to house the worst of the worst." says Master "It's located on an island in the South Pacific several hundred miles from Antarctica. It's so far off shipping routes that supply ships visit it only once a year. And its completely self sufficient. No barriers, no guards, just prisoners."

Pacific Ocean. The Maddogs are flying towards Roth Pentell aboard the TurboJet Rover. Wesley is flying.

"Satellites indicate he's still there." says Outlaw "What is he doing there anyways?"

"Waiting for us I'll bet." says Beowulf

"We end this Outlaw, here and now." says Silver

"Agreed."

"Were nearing the island." says Wesley "Better get some winter jackets on, it's cold down there."

"WELCOME TO YOUR DOOM MADDOGS!!"

"I've lost helm control! We're going down!"

"Graves." growls Silver

"Hit the silk!" says Outlaw

They all bail out, Saphire flies along side them. The TurboJet Rover plows into the ocean and explodes. They float down towards the island and they can see Cooper Graves standing in the middle of some debris of the prison. Beowulf gets out of his parachute and runs toward Cooper and punches him. It doesn't even faze him.

"Foolish mutt."

Cooper raises his hands and Beowulf is flown backwards into a piece of wall. Saphire dive bombs Cooper from above, but he again raises his hands and send Saphire streaking into the distance over the ocean. Wesley takes out his laser pistol and aims. Cooper seems to grab it with invisible hands and flings it to the other side of the island.

"You cannot harm me! I am invincible!"

"Don't bet on it you murderer!"

Cooper sees Silver standing nearby holding Wesley's special bullet. A earie green glow eminates from it and encompases Silver.

"What is this?"

"I am making it an even fight Graves!"

Outlaw and Wesley are nearby with looks of shock.

"What's going on?" says Outlaw

"There must be some power leftover in that fragment. He's using it to be on even terms."

Silver charges Cooper and they collide. They exchange punches at a rapid pace. Beowulf has recovered and takes out his new bo staff and opens it. He charges toward the combatants. Cooper looks in his direction; as he's distracted Silver embeds the bullet into Cooper's chest. He gasps and acts like he's been mortally hurt. Beowulf stops in his tracks. Cooper stumble from the pain and falls to his knees.

"No. You can't do this to me! No! No! No! No! NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!"

Cooper begins to turn grey and melt. In seconds he's a pile of ash. Silver is now back to normal and walks toward the pile of ash and picks some of it up. He let's it blow away with the wind.

"You did it." says Outlaw

Saphire comes in and lands next to Outlaw.

"What happened? Did I miss it all?"

"Silver finally put a stop to Cooper Graves."

"...and with the death of Cooper Graves, authorites have decided not to reopen the Roth Pentell Gulag. Instead it will be a kind of memorial to what happened on that island in the hopes nothing like it will happen again. This is Marcus Brody, signing off."
