Mykonos Island, mansion. Tex, Bengal, Tailspin and Rommel are sharing a cell in the mansion basement. A helicopter's rotors are heard and then leaves.

"Well, we're stuck here." says Tailspin "Now what?"

"You got the chip Tex?" says Rommel

"Sure do."

Tex takes a computer chip out of his back pocket and hands it to Rommel. He inserts the chip into a little box the size of a Gameboy.

"I thought you said it was just a Gameboy." says Bengal

"I did. Not only can you play games on this Gameboy but it's also a homing device for the Sky Rover."

"To quote Exile, I love being Road Rover!" says Tailspin

"Excellent." says Tex "When will it get here?"

"In a couple hours."

A muffled thud, then the sound of a body fall is heard. Rommel stuffs the Gameboy in his pocket and they wait. A woman in an Ocean Blue uniform, with her hair in a ponytail comes to the cell.

"You the mutts from the Retriever?"

"Who you calling a mutt?" says Bengal indignant

"Bengal!" says Tex "We are, who are you?"

She takes out a wallet and then flashes a police badge.

"Samantha McTeague, Scotland Yard division of Interpol."

They look at her with eyebrows raised.

"Interpol?" says Tailspin

"I've been following Mr. Mykonos' activity for the better part of a year. I can help you."

She takes out a key and unlocks the cell door.

"I hope you Road Rover types have a way out of here."

Rommel takes out his Gameboy.

"Certainly my dear. We should be out of here in an hour or so."

"Where is everybody?" says Bengal

"They all left with Mykonos." says Samantha "Only me, and the prison guard are left here. Any of you computer hackers, I can't get into his files."

"Ah, that's my specialty." says Rommel

They come out of the basement and Samantha leads them back to the office. Rommel immediatly goes to work on the computer.

"No way! No one's even bothered to look there."

"What is it?" says Tex

"The wereabouts of Nazcapolis. International waters south of the Azores. We have to let Captain Bowser know."

"If they're done with the repairs." says Bengal

A jet engines noise is heard.

"The Sky Rover's here." says Tailspin from the window.

"I'm coming along." says Samantha

"Agreed." says Tex

Waters off Madagascar. The Retriever has been freed of its elevator and sails off again. On the bridge.

"Well" says Emerald "This should give us the edge we need."

"Indeed." says Bowser "Think you can handle the new interface, Patton?"

"Yes sir. Ready to kick baddie butt!"

"Incoming communication!" says Winston "It's Tex!"

"Put him on."

"This is Tex McCoy to Doghouse, do you read?"

"Loud and clear Tex. What have you got?" says Bowser

"Spiro Mykonos is the leader of Ocean Blue. He had us locked up for a short time but we escaped thanks to an undercover agent of Interpol. We know where Nazcapolis is located: International waters off the southern end of the Azores. We're sending coordinates now. We're going after Mykonos to try and stop him. Get up here as quick as you can, Captain."

"On our way Mr. McCoy. Seamus, battle speed."

"Yes sir."

"Whoa!" says Patton "Our battle speed is quicker than it used to be."

"How's it going down there Rusty?" says Bowser

"Smooth as silk captain. These new engines are more efficiant than the last ones."

"Glad to hear it, bridge out."

Sky Rover, in the skies over the Atlantic Ocean. Tailspin is in the cockpit with Tex in the copilot chair.

"I contacted the government of the Azores." says Rommel "If Nazcapolis moves toward them they'll declare a state of emergency. Britain, France and Spain are each sending a ship out here to help find the city."

"One ship?" says Samantha "After what I saw of those plans I hope they intend to send more."

"See anything yet?" says Bengal

"Not a thing." says Tex.

"Wait" says Tailspin "There in the water at 10:00."

The ocean is churning up from underneath. A large dome structure breaks the surface to reveal a huge city at sea, a high tower several hundred feet tall dominating over it. At the top of the tower are two mirrors. One vertical, facing skyward the other horizontal, with an operator sitting behind it. The dome parts and folds in. Then the great city of Nazcapolis begins to move; its giant engines underneath churning to make it move.

"Cor blimey!" breathes Samantha

"Parvo's black heart!" says Bengal "What's that?"

"That" says Rommel "Is Nazcapolis."

"What do we do now?" Tailspin

Everyone turns to Tex, who can only stare dumbfounded.

Nazcapolis control center, a high tech command center. Mykonos and Fansisco are here surveying their people working. Cerberus stands in a corner near the door, his arms crossed.

"Excellent!" says Spiro "My dream is coming true! The world will fall before our might!"

"Si senor." says Diego

"Excuse me sir." says a tech "But there's an aircraft circleing above us."

A monitor shows the Sky Rover.

"Use the Sun Mirror to flick that fly away." says Mykonos.

"Yes sir."

The Sun Mirror angles at them.

"Tailspin, time to earn your money!" says Tex

"Oh, boy!"

Tailspin puts the Sky Rover into climb but the Sun Mirror hits the plane and shears off both engines.

"Blast! I've lost control!"

"Glide us toward the city where we can land!" says Tex

"Are you mad?!" says Samantha

"Do you want to drown instead?"

Sam doesn't say anything.

"Here we go!" says Tailspin.

The Sky Rover glides in and comes toward a street. Ocean Blue followers scramble to get out of the way.

"Brace yourselves!" shouts Tex

The Sky Rover lands hard on the surface of the street and slides. Both wings are sheared off and the plane keeps going until it hits the wall of a building, caving the wall in and half burying the plane.

In the wreckage of the ruined Sky Rover Bengal gets up and checks on the others. Tex stirs and looks behind him.

"You all right Tex?" says Bengal

"All things considered, yeah."

They hear a groan and see Rommel shove a seat away.

"I hope I get hazard pay for this." says Rommel

The other chuckle and check on Tailspin and Samantha.

"He's out cold." says Tex

"So's Samantha." says Bengal

They hear shouting and rifles cocking outside.

"Let's go." says Bengal "We'll rescue the others later."

"I hear ya." says Rommel

They climb out of the ruined Sky Rover and make their way out. Ocean Blue soldiers meanwhile converge on the jet and take Tailspin and Samantha away. In the heart of Nazcapolis Mykonos and Fransisco watch a monitor as an Ocean Blue soldier reports in.

"We found the beagle pilot and Private McTeague on board the plane sir. The others seem to have escaped."

"Find them! And bring McTeague here." says Spiro

The soldier salutes and the monitor goes off. Cerberus steps up.

"With your permission sir, I will hunt down the smilodon."

"Go."

Cerberus bows and goes out. The soldiers bring in Samantha and Spiro looks at her in anger.

"I trusted you McTeague."

"We found this on her." says a soldier, handing Spiro her Interpol badge.

"Interpol?!"

"That's right Mykonos." says Samantha "Interpol's been investigating you for over a year. Your under arrest."

Spiro and Diego burst out into laughter.

"Very amusing senorita." says Diego

"Your back up is a long way from here Miss McTeague." says Spiro, still chuckling "Get her out of here."

The soldiers drag her out.

"You think the world will stand for another madman with delusions of grandeur?!" says Samantha "They'll combine their forces and stop you! You'll just be another General Parvo, whose roar is worse than his bite!"

The door closes on her as Spiro and Diego chuckle.
