"Ready! Aim! Fire!"

A picture of the Ursa Majors taped to a cardboard cutout is suddenly riddeled with laser shots until the picture and carboard are smoking ruins. Luna, General Trigger and his aide have watched the display. Standing several feet away are Luna's Wolfbots. Wolf shaped robots, gunmetal grey, with the symbol of the KH Military on their chest, glowing red eyes, and laser gatling guns for right arms.

"Secondary weapons." says Luna

Serrated swords slide out of slots on the left arm above the hand on both bots. They turn towards partial tree trunks nine feet high, raise their swords and slash several times. The trunks collapse into multiple pieces.

"Good." says General Trigger "Very good. You've done very well here, Luna. General Stalker is most eager to see how they fare against the real thing.

"I garuntee their performance general." says Luna "We will no longer have to sacrifice valuble troops in the future. This is the future of the KH Military!"

"I like your enthusiasm doctor. But to make sure you take out your targets, we're going to give them a distraction so your bots can set up."

Trigger nods at the aide and goes to the door. Walking in are two overmuscled wolf-sapiens.

"I want you to meet Brute and Scalp. Products of the Admiral's Wolf-Mutant serum. We stole his formula for making these behemoths, and I'm proud to say it works, at least long enough to do their job."

"What do you mean?"

"They have to take regular injections to keep themselves like this. But they'll be most useful in your project. Won't you gentlemen?"

Brute and Scalp growl in response.

"Bring them on!" says Brute smashing his fist into his hand.

Ursa Major Base, Grizzly Mountain, Alaska.

"This place is amazing!" says Katmai

"All the comforts of home." says Iceberg

Yukon steps out of nearby room.

"Hey guys, I just got off with Captain Emerald of the Retriever and told her about this place. She'll send Bengal and Tex up to have a kind of housewarming party for us."

"Great!" says Kiska

"That may have to wait awhile." says Chiniak

Chiniak sits at a computer console, a picture of Brute and Scalp on its screen. The rest of the Ursa Majors gather behind him to look at the image.

"These Wolf-Mutants have been spotted in this area for the past several days, scaring off hikers, tourists and some local indians." says Chiniak

"What, is The Admiral making a come back in Alaska?" says Adak on Yukon's shoulder

"The Admiral?" says Yukon

"Admiral Matthew Slyness." says Adak "Court-Martialed for illegally dumping nuclear waste on Native Alaskan soil. He's been the bane of the Road Rovers, and especially Bear of the Grizzly Strayers for some years now."

"Are you telling me we have to go after these hulking brutes right when the Salmon Run is starting?" says Kiska

"It runs for several days." says Togiak "We've got time.

"Let's see what they want." says Katmai

"Agreed." says Iceberg.

The Ursa Majors make their way out of their cave base. As they come out a mother bear and two cubs run past them in obvious fear.

"What the...?" says Togiak

Crashing through the bushes, Brute and Scalp appear, ready to do battle.

"Who wants some?" growls Scalp

"Prepare for battle Bulls and Sows!" says Iceberg

Brute and Scalp suddenly charge them. Brute tackles Togiak and they go down in a heap. Scalp heads for Kiska, but she sidesteps out of the way and he runs headlong into a tree, splintering it where he hits.

"Nothings that tough!" says Katmai

"A little help here!" says Togiak trying to keep Brute off him.

Yukon comes to his aid and gets Brute in a bearhug. Brute slams the back of his head into Yukon's snout and he yelps in pain, holding his nose and letting go of Brute. Adak has appeared underneath him and clamps down on Brute's behind. He yowls in pain and attempts to throw him off. He succeeds and Adak lands several feet away. Kiska helps him up.

"Ugh! What a nasty flavor! How can Blitz like doing that?!"

Scalp backhands Katmai away and advances on Iceberg who ignites his paw sword. Scalp hesitates, and picks up an enormous boulder.

"No way!" says Iceberg

"Every way, you stupid bear!" says Scalp

He tosses the boulder at him. Iceberg deflects most of the boulder but gets hit in the head and is knocked over.

Togiak and Chiniak have Brute by both arms while Yukon slugs him repeatedly in the face.

"Is that supposed to hurt?" says Brute between slugs.

Brute shoves Togiak and Chiniak forward and they go crashing into Yukon in a huge pile, groaning.

Kiska comes from behind with a rock and bashes Brute in the head. He goes down like a sack of potatoes.

"Brother!" says Scalp "You'll pay for that wench!"

"Oh, please, put it on my tab." says Kiska.

Scalp readies to charge Kiska but is judo chopped on the neck by Iceberg and he goes down as well.

"Ow. They can sure hit." says Yukon rubbing his nose.

"What do we do with them?" says Katmai

"Waste 'em my Wolfbots! Destroy the Ursa Majors!"

They all turn to see Luna and her Wolfbots standing there. Before they have time to react the Wolfbots open fire in a hail of laser blasts.

The Ursa Majors don't stand a chance!

When its all over, Luna chuckles smugly.

"Excellent. Excellent! You have done well my Wolfbots. Up and at 'em you overmuscled hulks!"

Brute and Scalp get up rubbing the areas where they were hit.

"Who did that polar bear think he was, Austin Powers?" says Scalp

"They're nothing now!" says Brute

They both share a hearty laugh.

"Shut up and listen!" says Luna

The noise of a chopper can be heard and Luna smiles.

"Ah, more targets. Back into the forest my Wolfbots. You two as well. We'll have a surprise waiting for those sea dogs."

"Oh goody, more targets!" says Brute
