Hello, and welcome to my Alcorn State Website. I thank you for coming; however, I want to tell you a little about myself before you go any further into my Web site. My full name is Willie Jefferson Jr. I am a single minister. (I don't have a girlfriend) I was born in 1973 to a young airman and his wife. I grew up in a Christian home and in church.
However, at a young age I was possessed by a demon. How, you ask? A Ouija board. And unlike the movie, "Fallen," you CAN'T kill a demon. Believe me. For years, I had bouts with depression and suicide. I didn't realize I was possessed. If you can recall the movie, "The Exorcist," that's what I thought it meant to be 'demon-possessed.' However, after graduating from high school in 1991, I went to college only to find the wrong crowd. My first real relationship turned sour because I was a virgin and I stuck by my guns. The woman was shocked that I didn't want to have sex with her. But, still, suicide was on my mind. I felt worthless, unloved and hated by God. So, one night in April 1992, I made up my mind to end it all. But, while I was attempting to end my life, a peaceful voice said, 'Come to me.' I doubted at first, because I was a Christian, right? I was raised in a Christian home and I always went to church. But Jesus Christ told me to come to Him. So, in the shower of Hayden Hall, I gave my life to Christ. Romans 10:9 states: "If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God have raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be SAVED." I never knew that. 18 years of my life misguided, but praise God. Then, after several other things in my life, the Lord lead me to Alcorn State University, land of the free and home of the Braves.
