Come enjoy a fun and relaxing getaway on Lake LBJ! Just 50 minutes from Austin and 90 minutes from San Antonio, Lake LBJ provides many recreational activities such as boating, fishing, swimming, waterskiing, sight seeing, or just plain relaxing. You can be as active or as laid back as you choose.

This two bedroom, one and a half bath home can accommodate up to six people and has a full kitchen, TV, phone, woodburning fireplace, and large dock going out onto Lake LBJ. Central air conditioning and heat make this home a great place to come during any season. The surrounding towns of Marble Falls, Kingsland, Llano, Blanco, Burnet, and others provide many activities and sight seeing opportunities for people of all ages. Arts and crafts shows, antique shopping, and many festivals throughout the year make this part of Texas a fun and exciting place to be anytime of year.
For the fishermen with boats, a boat ramp 100 yards away and a private dock allow you to bring your boat and keep it conveniently at the dock. For fishermen without boats, the large dock allows for fishing right in the back yard. A large fish cleaning basin and sink with running water on the dock make cleaning your catch easy.

This house is waterfront on a large cove in Granite Shoals. It is located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. There are numerous cottonwoods and live oaks providing shade to the yard and house. The backyard and dock face west for beautiful sunsets and evening relaxing.

A night's stay in the house from March 1st-September 30th is $195/night
for up to four people with a 2 night minimum.
The rate from October 1st-February 28th is $95/night for up to four people with a 2 night minimum.
During Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th & Labor Day weekends) there is a 3 night minimum.
Each additional guest (maximum of two additional guests) will be $10/person.
There is also a one time cleaning fee of $30.
