Its only a game. Realy. Fnord. Illuminati is one of the weirdest card games out there. Its extremly funny but a little hard to understand. Its based on the boardgame Illuminati. Which is based on the book The Illuminatus Trilogy. Its all about the Illuminati being this all powerfull group that controls the world. Its a big conspericy game. Or so they would like you to beleive.
